Pulling the Positive Into the Negative

There are seasons in life when everything feels a little heavier.

The days may feel longer. Our thoughts may feel louder. We may find ourselves carrying disappointment, grief, uncertainty, frustration, or simply the exhaustion of being human.

And when we’re in those places, it can be tempting to believe we need to fix everything before we can feel good again.

But what if we didn’t have to?

What if, instead of trying to pull ourselves completely out of the negative, we began gently pulling the positive into it?

Nature reminds us that transformation rarely happens all at once.

A wildflower doesn’t force its way into bloom overnight. A seed doesn’t become a garden in a single day. Growth happens quietly, beneath the surface, through small and almost imperceptible changes.

Sometimes our lives are the same. Pull what gives you peace into the moments of struggle and chaos. Drink your favorite tea, play your favorite song or light your favorite candle. Let your senses take over and be a part of whatever negative experience you are growing through. Pull the positive experience into the negative and begin to feel the energy shift.

Stay rooted & bloom freely,

Lindsay Marie
